I liked that the trams run right out the front and it’s super close to Spencer station for shopping.
The view was really nice and the pool was fun for my daughter.
Beds were clean and very comfortable.
The apartment wasn’t as clean as it could have been.
The bath and toilet seat were very stained and the drains smelt badly.

it was a real pleasure to work with the host of the property, their communication, flexibility with any requests and overall helpfulness .
The apartment is amazing, clean, well presented , great location and very easy with check in and check out. Can totally understand why it is very popular.
Will be returning if available when we visit Melbourne again
Very minor -It does not have the option to store your luggage after check out though for future quests looking for luggage storage after check out then southern cross station a short walk from the apartment , have lockers that can store luggage safely and very reasonable priced with options of length of time.

Very close to cbd and transport making it very convenient to travel as it was very fast to get to places quickly
The property was not clean. Floors were dirty and lights were very dim and looked worn out. Only a few items were provided such as only three rolls of toilet paper, dishwashing detergent and laundromat detergent. Dishes were not clean and found multiple stains on all kitchenware
