Застелили в кімнату без холодильника!! Температура на вулиці +32. Як я повинна була тримати фрукти? Рушники не міняли, поки сама не попросила поміняти на четвертий день.

Das Personal ist sehr freundlich, zuvorkommend und stets gut gelaunt. An der Rezeption gab es sogar einen jungen Mann, der Deutsch sprach, was mir sehr wichtig war. Das Hotel liegt nur eine Minute vom Strand entfernt. Die Zimmer sind sauber und werden täglich gereinigt. Das Frühstück ist abwechslungsreich. Auch das Restaurantpersonal ist sehr freundlich und die Hygiene ist vorbildlich.
Bei meiner Ankunft im Hotel war ich überrascht, dass wir für Sonnenschirm und Liegestühle extra bezahlen mussten, obwohl in der Beschreibung stand, dass der Strand privat sei. Außerdem war ich negativ überrascht, dass es nicht einmal einen Minikühlschrank im Zimmer gab. Ein Kühlschrank im Zimmer wäre sicher praktisch, damit wir wenigstens Wasser für Getränke kühlen könnten. Erstaunlich ist auch, wie klein der Aufzug für ein so großes Hotel mit so vielen Gästen ist! Internet gibt es praktisch nicht; es gibt nur einen Router für das sechsstöckige Hotel, und selbst ein einfacher WhatsApp-Anruf ist unmöglich.

The place was clean and cozy, but there was no safe, and the balcony lock was broken. On our first night, we didn't know where to put our money.
