Modern look of the appartment, close to the Milan Central Station, host was nice and responsive
I've read the raging reviewes and honestly was expecting more, compared to other 9+ rate appartments I've stayed in, this one lacked attention to details:
- there were skid marks on the walls
- there were cleaning supplies located around the appartment (although it had closets meant for this purpose)
- there there bunch of partially used toilet paper rolls on the shelf in the bathroom
- we booked for 3ppl, bedding for third person wasn't made
- ironing board was broken
- 3ppl stayed for 3 nights, but we had 7 coffeepods?
- there were hairs in bathroom and on the sofa
- pillows were low quality and uncomfortable
There were more other small things I can't think of at the top of my head, but in general, this appartment could use more care..

All communication was done through WhatsApp, with no calls or emails needed. Entry is keyless (code-based), which was a relief since there's nothing to lose or keep track of. The apartment is in an older building with exposed brick, which gives it a lot of character. It's spacious and furnished with IKEA pieces. The kitchen is well-equipped enough to cook a proper meal if you'd rather eat in some nights. And a small detail that made a big difference: there's an HDMI cable ready to go, so you can cast whatever you're watching straight to the TV.
The bedroom window faces the street, and it got noticeably loud at night. If you're a light sleeper or keep an early schedule (we're usually in bed by 10 PM), it's worth factoring in. I woke up a few times from the noise. Also, since it's an older building, there was some mold on the bathroom ceiling.
