Everything is good, mall is empty as not on weekends.
This time i rated 7 because on check out day, at 1035am housekeeping staff knocked on the door twice. I open the door slightly and he told me he was ordered to clean up the room and showed me a whatsapp message. I told him i haven't leave yet so i will checkout at 1130am and he can clean up then. He again tell me that he has orders to clean up the room( maybe communication problem he has limited english vocab). I just told him to clean up later when i check out and closed the door. So it was an unpleasant experience this time as i did not request early check out neither have i did online checkout as no email was sent. Please avoid this type of matter from happening again. Thank you.

Breakfast buffet was decent. Overall clean rooms however the bath towels did not smell fresh or well washed.
Room number: 1209.
The lightings in the toilets are too dim. Please see if more spotlights can be installed. The bidet spray pressure was too strong, and there was no way to adjust as the lever seemed spoilt.
The glass door in the toilet makes a screeching sound when open/closed.
If you need to use makeup, there is no mirror with a sitting area where u can use ur makeup or adjust ur hairdo. The mirror is placed in an awkward location in the room where the bag is stored.
Pillows were too flat, but the comforter was good.

Connected to mall
Mall isn’t great. Our room comes with a bath tub and I’ll say please avoid this room type. The edge of the tub is so wide it’s so difficult to get in and out. The shower is integrated with the tub. There is no shower screen and shower water will splash out of the tub onto the floor of the bathroom. This is a safety hazard especially for the elderly and children.
