The location was very good, located in very pleasant area of Xuhui just a short walk from Xujiahui Cathdral, park, the public library, Metro Station and shopping area. I also liked that the property is pretty new and clean. The rooms are not carpeted so there is no musty smell from carpets.
Breakfast, though the selection is not huge, the quality of what is offered is good. There is also free supper every night with porridge, some steamed dumplings/buns and noodle bar.
The beds and pillows were comfy. I booked the family room and starry suite…both were spacious and comfortable. Won’t hesitate to stay here again.
Nothing big but I wish that besides the free laundry service, they also had a laundry room where we could wash, dry and iron clothes ourselves, like in other Atour hotels. No iron was provided in the rooms. Also the hotel was a bit busy during our stay so the laundry service took longer. On the last night of our stay, I didn’t send in any laundry as I was worried they wouldn’t be returned in time.

Atour has its own core strength to keep themselves competitive! Breakfast, afternoon tea, night snack with noodles was included in our booking. Laundry is fuss free and simple. I would say this hotel is 12/10 itself!
A great hotel, walking distance to the train entrance can be really far! Too fantastic that it made us so hard to leave the hotel and explore other part of the city.
