Great, but could improve

It's spacious and can easily accommodate four people. The location is great. Everything was working properly and the kitchen is new.

It wasn't that clean. There is a dishwasher but not tablets, and there is no sponge or soap for washing dishes. We bought one for future guests. There are 2 pots in the kitchen, but very bad quality. A hanger for jackets would be very useful. I feel like the host was saving on these small details, and made it feel cheap. If they would implement dew changes it would be 10/10

Niente

La casa era sporca con molta polvere sui termosifoni ragnatele sui muri, alcuni muri erano anche macchiati forse da precedenti perdite/muffe. La casa è molto fredda e umida, é necessario accendere tutti e tre i bocchettoni per non congelare. Ci sono poche stoviglie per 4 persone e non ci sono né caffè, zucchero, olio d’oliva messi a disposizione dal proprietario. Non esistono appendini in casa per le giacche né in bagno per gli asciugamani. I bagni sono piccoli e ciechi. La corrente salta molto facilmente (basta accendere la piastra induzione, la tele, le luci e il phone per i capelli). La porta del secondo bagno non si chiude (rimane socchiusa a malapena). Il segnale satellitare della tele è debole quindi spesso salta. Il Wi-Fi non funziona bene. Abbiamo avuto diversi problemi durante questo soggiorno e i proprietari, o chi per essi, erano irraggiungibili telefonicamente e quando rispondevano (dopo ore) dicevano che non potevano farci niente e non era un problema che avevano generato loro. Ci è saltato il generatore 2-3 volte e i proprietari non sono stati per niente d’aiuto, quindi abbiamo dovuto citofonare a degli altri condomini (non essendo noi in possesso della chiave del portone principale) che a stento ci hanno aperto, giustamente erano malfidenti.Questa cosa è indecente e personalmente non mi è mai capitata.

Posizione tranquilla e adatta a raggiungere il centro facilmente, due camere e due bagni, ottimo sistema riscaldamento e scaldasalviette in ogni bagno

Problemi cucina, porta di un bagno non si chiudeva e nello stesso mancava qualunque firma di aerazione, mancanza di un coprimaterasso, pulizie non adeguate
