Das Haus wirkt urig und einladend. Die Einrichtung harmoniert mit dem Stil des Hauses und ist gemütlich. Die Betten sind angenehm straff. Der morgendliche Blick auf den Fluss und in den Garten sorgt für einen entspannten Tagesstart.
Eine abendliche Rückfrage wurde zeitnah beantwortet.
Für den Check-In wurde erst kurzfristig informiert, dass die Ausweise vorab zugeschickt werden müssen. Ein Zusenden per eMailfunktion über Booking wurde nicht akzeptiert (fehlender Datenschutz). Gleichzeitig wurde ungefragt ein Kundenkonto bei 1roomnow vorbereitet. Während des Aufenthalts wurde ich unnötigerweise nicht nur über Booking, sondern zusätzlich auch über die private eMail-Adresse kontaktiert, weil keine sofortige Rückmeldung erfolgte.
Im Eingangsbereich wäre eine Garderobe und in den Schlafzimmern Ablagemöglichkeiten (z.B. Stühle) wünschenswert.
Der Wasserdruck in der Dusche ist sehr niedrig.

Quaint little house, nice view of the river.
Check in wasn’t easy, description said lock-box down a side lane which doesn’t exist! Sorted after a few messages.
The kitchen counter needs a renovation, it felt greasy. I had to wash all the cutlery and pots before using them, the frying pan was very old and needs replacing.
I wanted to cook as I’ve been living in hotels during a house renovation but the lack of facilities didn’t really allow this. It’s more suited to takeaways.
The heating didn’t work at all. The house was chilly as windows are single glazed. I sent messages and the reply stated they would inform the management company and reply but we got no response.
