The location was excellent
Property was quirky and functional everything was there to make a great holiday
Thought we were getting sea view but sadly not. However could occasionally hear the sea in the right conditions

Lovely quirky cottage with a lot of thought and imagination put into it.
Everything you need inside for a self catering holiday
Nice back garden which our granddaughters enjoyed playing in until sunset
Eccles on sea has a beautiful beach which I discovered over 30 years ago with my daughter on our way to the broads.
However the beach now is mainly used by dog walkers and not for small children. My 3 year old granddaughter was knocked to the ground by a retriever off its lead and my 8 year old was scratched on her leg by another smaller dog again off its lead. Also poo bags left discarded on the steps sea defence walls and just too many irresponsible owners letting their animals use the lovely beach as a toilet area.
This negative experience has nothing to do with white rabbit cottage, my grandchildren loved staying there but we didn't cause the beach which was a shame as the weather was kind to us
