Located in Sarandë, this attractive condo for $42 per night is a fantastic choice for your next vacation. Fantastic Fresh apartment in Saranda in Albania exciting, 100m from the sea with wonderful sea view! Located just 5 minutes walk from the center of Saranda. We have just purchased and decorated the apartment for the season in 2016. Therefore, there are as yet few reviews. (Do you want to learn a little more about how it is to live with us? Please see guest reviews from our second apartment - see # 1452410). The house was built in 2011. Facts about the apartment: - FREE WIFI is available in the apartment - 1 bedroom with double bed (160x200), a bunk bed with 2 beds (90x200) and wardrobes - Large combined kitchen / living room with sofa, dining area and bench and exit to the balcony - Refrigerator / freezer, hob, extractor fan and built-in oven with hot air in the kitchen island. -Diskmaskin, Microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster and kitchen equipped with everything you need. -Helkaklat Fresh bathroom with a spacious shower area with glass doors and a washing machine. - AC in the bedroom and in the living room! -Utemöbelgrupp On the balcony, dining table and 4 chairs Possibility to park in the street outside the entrance The apartment is ultramodern equipped with everything you need for both short and long stay. The entire apartment has tiled floors, high ceilings with bright fresh colors. The total residential surface (excl. Balcony) is more than 50 m2 The balcony of 10 m2 gives you the opportunity to dine out and place to hang out and see the beautiful view of the sea, the Corfu and towards the city. Elevator in the house, the apartment is on the fourth floor, second plateau of the house. Across the street is a mini-market and 100 meters up the street is a large supermarket and a pastry shop. Walk into town takes only 5 minutes. Nearest swimming at rocky beach directly below the house. 2 minute walk from the apartment's pool (open from about May to October) with a pool bar and restaurant. Dine at the restaurant and you can swim in the pool or rent a beach chair for about EUR 2 per day. All along the coast from the promenade in Saranda until Ksamil are beautiful beaches. Some of them are very popular and have sun loungers (for a fee), restaurants and a nightclub eg Mango Beach, Ksamil Beach and Santa Quaranta Beach, just 10 minutes walk from the apartment. Others are more pristine and unspoiled. The food is fantastic, a mix of Italian and Greek cuisine. Then Saranda was originally a fishing village are a lot of seafood. And the food and drink is very cheap! Some examples: Greek big salad 35 kr, Club Sandwich 25 kr, a large portion Risotto with Seafood 45 SEK, fish soup SEK 20, a large pizza (enough for two persons) 40 SEK, a beer (Albanian) SEK 13, a glass of house wine SEK 13, a Pina Colada 35 SEK (all prices are approximate prices summer 2014). Wifi is available at most restaurants and there are several Internet cafes. There are more options; Corfu regular or charter flights chair (boat that takes 45 minutes to the port of Saranda) Ioaninna in Greece scheduled (Automobile 7 mil) Preveza in Greece charter seat (car transfer 15 mil) Tirana scheduled (25 mile car transfer) Price see table below. Prices include electricity, water, sheets and towels (3 pieces, one large and one small for indoor use and a beach towel) and cleaning / laundry on departure. Inchecken buitengewoon gecompliceerd. Er is geen duidelijk adres.
Ingang gebouw waar appartement was verschrikkelijk vies wegens bouwwerkzaamheden ernaast.
Appartement op zich best aardig maar heel veel dingen ontbraken of waren kapot.
WiFi provisorisch gerepareerd.
En dan nog dit: met regelmaat was er geen water. Volledig onvoorspelbaar wanneer en hoe lang.
Uitzicht over de baai mooi maar via twee zeer lelijke daken van andere gebouwen.
Appartement zeer lawaaierig van de buren, van de langslopende weg en van alle bouwwerkzaamheden in de buurt.
Sarandë is een grote bouwput.

ci siamo trovati davvero bene io ed il mio ragazzo! La casa rispecchia le aspettative ed è anche più bella delle foto. Tutto nuovissimo a partire dal materasso, comodo, la cucina attrezzata di tutti gli elettrodomestici. La vista dalla casa è spettacolare ed io me ne sono innamorata.

Super ferieleilighet!
Vi bodde her i to uker, og den var enda finere i virkeligheten enn på bildene. Spesielt utsikten fra balkongen var fantastisk! I tillegg ligger den veldig sentralt, og man kan gå til både restauranter og ulike strender. Anbefales!

Das Appartement entspricht komplett der Beschreibung.
Durch den Kontakt vor Ort konnten wir das Appartement sehr leicht finden.
Von dem Appartement aus ist alles super zu Fuß zu erreichen.
Wir hatten für den Aufenthalt einen Mietwagen, den wir ohne Probleme vor dem Haus abstellen konnten.
Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt und bedanken uns noch mal recht herzlichst für die schöne Zeit.

Belle vue et bon emplacement pour découvrir les environs de Saranda
Description de l'appartement conforme à la description. Assistance rapide et efficace pour répondre à nos besoins et interrogations. La vue depuis la terrasse est exceptionnelle avec d'un côté le port de Saranda et de l'autre l'île de Corfou. Plusieurs activités et excursions s'organisent facilement depuis Saranda, notamment des visites de Gjirokastra, Butrint et Corfou que nous avons faites et appréciées. Nous recommandons l'endroit.

The owner of the flat respond quickly on your enquires through homeaway website and is very helpful. The representatives in Sarande were also very helpful and easy available. The Wifi in the flat was perfect! We would love to make a second stay in this flat.

L'appartement est situé au quatrième étage d'un immeuble récent, il est conforme à la description de l'annonce, bonne literie nous avons très bien dormi, propriétaire sympathique et réponds instantanément aux sollicitations, nous recommandons. Voyage et un séjour en famille.

Super Ausblick, sehr schöne Wohnung.
Die Wohnung was genau so wie sie auch auf den Fotos ausgesehen hat. Der Ausblick war super schön. Das Check-in und Check-out lief sehr schnell und unkompliziert ab. Während unseres Aufenhaltes hatten wir ca. zwei Tage kein Wasser mehr und 2 Mal Stromausfall für ca. 30 Minuten. Wir waren eine Woche lang dort gewesen. Sonst alles super und weiter empfehlenswer. Auch der Standort ist super.

Beautiful appartment at a great location!
We loved staying at this appartment. It was big and clean and had everything we needed. The seaview is beautiful and it's close to the centre of Saranda, shops and restaurants. There are citybeaches on walking distance, but we mostly went to Ksamil beaches, which are about 15 min drive. This place is worth its price!

Fantastisk lägenhet med vacker havsutsikt - rekomm
Vi bodde några dagar, 2 vuxna och ett barn, i denna fräscha, vackra och välutrustade lägenhet. Beskrivningen stämde mycket bra och även foton - var finare i verkligheten. Personalen och städningen var mycket bra! Innan vi bokade fick vi tillgång till yourseadream com webben, en Sarandaguide gjord av lägenhetens ägare med mycket information. De ytterligare frågor vi hade svarade Charlotta, ägaren, på - riktigt bra service!
Utsikten från balkongen var underbar. Man ser både Korfu, rakt ut över havet och in mot Saranda stad. Vi njöt av att äta frukost på balkongen och att se solnedgången på kvällen. Det gick bra att det var ett sovrum även om vi sov alla tre där. Välfungerande AC både i sovrum och vardagsrum/kök. Möjligen hade det varit bra med strykjärn/strykbräda - hoppas det kommer framöver!
Vi gjorde utflykter till fler ställen bla Butrint och Ksamil. Även Ksamil med sina stränder var mycket fint trots årstiden. Restaurangerna LaYo's, bara några minuters promenad från lägenheten och Limani inne vid strandpromenaden i centrum var jättebra och mycket billiga. En middag för oss tre med tre rätter, vin och vatten kostade 20-25 EUR (för hela familjen!). Även vår son älskade dem! Vi kommer definitivt komma tillbaka till Saranda och denna lägenhet och rekommenderar denna resa till alla!

The apartment is very nice with a fantastic view from the balcony where we had breakfast and watched sunsets. It is the same as in the photos or even better! The equipment is very good, the decoration is tasteful and the wifi works perfect – it feels like a home.
The staff, both landlord Charlotta and the local contact, Malvina, were very nice and gave us the best service.
The people in Saranda are very helpful and friendly – we felt very welcome! We visited Butrint National Park and Blue Eye near Saranda both very beautiful! We also visited Gjirocaster, a town in the mountains that is, as Butrint, a world heritage, also an amazing trip. We also went up to the Lekursi Castle to see the nice view of the city. We loved the food in the restaurants in Saranda, three favourites are Limani in the centre, LaYo’s just 3 minutes walk from the apartment and Demi also close by. The prices are very low. We really enjoyed this trip and would definitely return in the future, both to Saranda and to this apartment!
