Lovely apartment, spacious and comfortable. Beautifully decorated. Location brilliant.
Parking wasn’t easy. Amenities need updating for example new iron and ironing board, an airer to hang clothes to dry. The door to the apartment was difficult to unlock and kept “sticking.” Otherwise it would have been exceptional.

The host Derek was brilliant, spoke to him with a slight issue and he was so polite and lovely. The location is absolutely spot on for what we wanted. The place was very spacious, brilliant being above the shop and the living area was fab!
2 out of the 3 beds was a little uncomfortable due to being a spring mattress but only 1 out of 5 people found this an issue. Unlocking the door from the outside was no issue but took a few minutes and jiggling the key around to unlock from the inside which was quite frustrating.

The owner was very friendly & allowed us to go an hour early , talked me through the key safe which was idiot proof if I’d got the right one , location n size of property was great , beds were comfy , shower was good once squeezed in n out , door didn’t open far for sink but shower was good , welcome pack was nice touch , although biscuits were out of date , still got eaten !
First impressions weren’t good as the entrance n stairs were very dirty , cobwebs so not been cleaned in a good while , made my heart sink as soon as opened the door , it’s called the penthouse n it’s certainly at the top of the building but not as glam as you’d expect , Small things like hairs in onsuite sink n on floor , kettle was dirty , stains on sheets , which to be fair the sheets were clean but had stains which obviously hadn’t washed out , mattress protector was also stained , not great to see , sofa middle seat tipped up when trying to get up , not great after a few times , tv in corner so couldn’t watch from sofa , just finishing touches that you’d expect from a place that has a cleaner , nothing major but enough to not stay again ,
