The property had everything we needed for a comfortable city break stay and is located within easy walking distance for the city centre. The apartment is nicely quiet whilst only a minute’s walk from local shops.
No dislikes. If travelling by car best to avoid larger cars and check you have the correct internal lift. We took the wrong door and ended up in an another section of the apartments.

L'appartamento è in posizione strategica per il centro della città, con una comoda passeggiata sei nei luoghi più caratteristici.Parcheggio utilissimo e do facile accesso. Cucina ben attrezzata e ottima climatizzazione.

Ana est une hôte très gentille et réactive. Elle a donné des conseils utiles sur les restaurants et des parcours pour découvrir la ville. Le logement était propre et relativement bien placé (15 min à pied pour aller à la cathédrale et 30 min pour l'Albaycin et l'Alhambra). Le parking est très pratique et les consignes d'arrivée étaient très claires (avec photos).
L'isolation phonique de l'appartement est une catastrophe, dans une rue passagère. Le simple vitrage n'isole pas du bruit extérieur, même des voisins. Réveillés par le bruit de leur réveil à 7h30, de leur machine à café, de leur voix, télé et musique (que l'on entend jusqu'à 23h). La chambre des enfants est plus calme mais sans climatisation (uniquement un ventilateur au plafond). Le hublot de la machine à laver s'ouvre avec un tournevis. Les volets sont tous cassés. Bref, désolée mais malgré la gentillesse de Ana, je ne reviendrai sans doute pas.
