We had a wonderful stay here. The location is fantastic — just a short walk from the beach, with plenty of lovely cafés and restaurants nearby. The views are beautiful, and the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming throughout our stay.
A fun fact that makes the place even more special is that the hotel is family-owned, which gives it a really warm and personal atmosphere.
Overall, a great place to stay and excellent value for money. We would happily come back!
If I had to mention one small downside, it would be that the breakfast was the same every day, so a little more variety would have been nice.

The suite was spacious and had everything necessary for a nice long beach vacation. The balcony was furnished well to enjoy the gorgeous views, and the private pool was a luxurious touch! Breakfast was delicious, and it was lovely to look out at the sea while eating. The staff were welcoming, and we appreciated their assistance in bringing our bags to our room. There are a lot of stairs to get down to the beach (and back up!), so people with mobility issues will want to take that into consideration, but that hill is what makes the wonderful views possible.
Knowing that Albania is facing issues with the rapid development of resorts owned by foreign investors, we really liked that Napolon Complex is family owned and operated--we wanted our tourist money to stay in Albania with Albanians!
Our room was a bit stuffy - the air conditioning was a little weak for the middle of July and it was hard to get a good breeze the night we were there. Still, this was a minor inconvenience, and the only real disappointment was that we didn't have the time to stay longer!

Breakfast was ok.
Too many steps. Not so clean. Noise insulation is horrible, hope you don't get noisy neighbors.
