There is ample interior and exterior storage space, powerful AC for hot summer days, and a reliable hot water heater. The bathroom features a tub & shower combo, sink and toilet. To ensure your utmost comfort and convenience, Johnny Appleseed brings almost everything you need for a wonderful experience. • In the kitchen, we’ll provide a small coffee maker with filters, medium-size frying pan, 2-quart saucepan, slotted spoon, solid spoon, slotted turner, a dish drying pad, a paper towel roll, dish soap, and salt and pepper. • The master bedroom and bunkroom beds have mattress covers and fitted sheets. • The bathroom is stocked with two rolls of RV toilet paper, hand soap, and a hand towel. • To assist with cleaning, you’ll be provided sanitizing wipes, large garbage bags, a broom and dustpan set, and an entry mat. • Sorry no oven. Add-On Options to increase your indoor comfort and convenience: • Expanded Kitchen package includes plates, bowls, silverware and cups for four, cutting board, dish cloth, towel and drying pad, additional large garbage bags and paper towels. • Reunion Kitchen package adds a small frying pan, 5-quart saucepan, griddle, kitchen knives, barbeque tool set, additional coffee filters, and total table settings for eight. It adds a dish scrubber, dish cloth and dish towel, more paper towels and large garbage bags. • Expanded Linen package includes full sheet sets and pillows for the master bedroom and bunkroom, with bath towels for four. For the kitchen it adds a dish cloth, and dish towel. The bathroom will have a shower mat, a second hand towel, and additional rolls of RV toilet paper. • Reunion Linen package adds additional sheets and pillows for all sleeping areas, and towels for eight. It adds another bottle of hand soap, and additional rolls of RV toilet paper in the bathroom. • Pet package includes a cover quilt for the sofa/bed, bowls for food and water, a comfy bed and blanket for your furry best friends, and a roll of poopy bags. • Summer Fun package provides four camping chairs, an outdoor table, four beach towels and clothesline with clothes pins for outdoor drying. • Don’t want the hassle of deep cleaning the trailer when you’ve finished having fun and making memories, choose to add our return cleaning service. Outdoor add-on options include: • External Waste Tank package provides a way to manage larger volumes of wastewater at sites without a direct sewer connection. For longer trips or with more family, this 23-gallon wheeled tank allows for intermittent dumping without moving the trailer. This is separate from the trailer. • Generator package provides a WEN 4500-Watt Dual Fuel Inverter Generator which operates on either gasoline or propane to provide electrical power. The Generator Package includes two full gasoline cans. This is separate from the trailer. Looking for a ready-to-go vacation without the hassle of towing and setting-up? Add our delivery service within 250 miles. A printed “Instruction and Operations” guide is provided for all guests. Rules and Restrictions Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited. Trailer must not be utilized on sand or beaches. A professional cleaning service fee of $500 will be added for violations. The maximum number of guests is 10.
