The stay was very nice! It's in a more local area, making it more quiet in the evenings. It was also less busy than other more tourist-centric places so it was nice to come into the home to get proper rest. It's a full home-style with 2 floors, so it felt really cozy. Amenities were well stocked with tissues, trash cans, and towels. Body wash and hair wash (not specifically shampoo or conditioner) were provided. The washroom has quite a deep tub which was great after a tiring day of walking. Host gave detailed check in instructions so there were no issues. The stay is near the Kitagakaya Yotsubashi line (about 5 mins of a walk) so while we did spend quite a but on transpo going back and forth, it was still worth it. They also had a small onsen and coin wash less than 5 mins away. Supermarkets and convenience stores also very close.
If more local, quiet travel is preferred then I definitely recommend this stay.

Every necessary gadget is there. The supermarkets and convenience stores are also very close like 3 minutes on foot. Major restaurants chains are also located just around the corner. Perfect location.
Nothing particular. It is not close to any tourist attraction if I could bring up one negative point although the metro station is not far at all so it would not be a big minus point. Just be careful if you are with big luggage. May need a bit of effort to bring it upstairs.
For non-Japanese tourists, it may be better if there is any chair to sit instead of sitting on the tatami.

The area is great low-key residential area with lots of Izakayas and local street art. The home feels like a typical Japanese home.
Hatch on the floor infront of the fridge bends when you step on it and feels like it might break
