Location is fantastic and it's a great place to stay if exploring Phillip Island and the surrounding area. Breakfast was provided which was excellent.
Having no air-conditioning made a big impact on us, as it was a really hot weekend and the ceiling fan was pretty poor and noisy (unless on the highest setting) when you are trying to sleep.
Two minor points, there was a lack of storage for guests plus if you are going to dress the room with so many pillows on the bed (which looks great), provide an ottoman to place them in or they just get dumped on the floor (not the best for cleanliness/dust) or stacked on a chair which ultimately causes further inconvenience for the guest and impacts storage.
