Located in IT Park just a couple of blocks away from the Ayala Central Block Mall. All you could ever need was within walking distance or an affordable Grab ride away. The small kitchen was well equipped for a longer stay though I didn't do any cooking. I also had access to the pool and gym area which was a big plus. The building staff were courteous and always helpful when I asked them any questions.
The unit had a huge TV, at least 60 inches, with a booming sound bar. The TV had the owner's Netflix account installed but it logged off after my first night but someone came by the next day to login to the account again. Netflix was fine for that day but logged off again the next day. I didn't see the point in informing the owner since I wasn't in Cebu to watch Netflix but this is perhaps something for the owner pay attention to.
Overall, I had a great stay and totally recommend this this condo.

It’s not the property but the construction noise next to the building.

Good location. Clean. Good value
Complimentary water and coffee would've been nice. Maybe it was there, but couldn't find it.
Traffic a bit noisy at night, but that's mostly because it's a central location I guess. Can't have everything!

私が通うEnglish schoolまで５分かからず、モールのすぐ裏で治安も良い。ナイトマーケットもすぐで学校帰りに寄って帰れる近さ。フロントの人達も明るく安心できる。また泊まりたい。
