Could haven been good if additional rules stated upfront; Aircon needed in living room

Detailed instructions on how to check in and out. Mini food and drinks available for purchase. Great location. Clean. Chairs and bed were comfortable.

Additional rules (rules that aren't stated in Booking.com) were given only after payment was made and on the day of arrival. They should be stated upfront. On hot days, the unit is very warm and so the 3 fans in the living room / dining room were not enough. Need air-conditioning.
