Stan je odlican prostran,ugodan, cist.
Parking ispred zgrade dobar, placa se ali vredi.
Upustva za dolazak,jasna i peexizna.
Komunikacija sa vlasnikom nije na adekvatnom nivou.Komunicira samo preko Booking platforme, nema osnovnu kulturu da odgovori na poruke, makar kurtoazno.

הדירה גדולה ומרווחת, חדר שינה גדול ומרווח, חדר מגורים גדול ומרווח, מטבח גדול ופינת אוכל מתאימה ל 4 .
המיקום של הדירה, על אף שהוא מעט מרוחק מהמרכז דיי נוח, ויש תחנת רכבת תחתית מאוד קרובה.
השכונה שקטה ונעימה. המארח אדיב ומנומס.
על אף שהמטבח גדול ויש בו מקרר, תנור, קומקום ומכונת קפה, היו חסרים בו כלים הכרחיים,
אין סירים נוחים לבישול, יש רק סיר אחד מאוד גדול ושתי מחבתות, כך שלא ניתן לבשל במטבח. אין ציוד להוצאת מגש חם מהתנור, אין תחתיות להנחת כלים חמים .
למרות שמופיע שיש בדירה נייר טאולט, ציוד טאולטיקה וחומרי ניקוי, בפועל מסופק ציוד רק לקבלת פנים, וזאת הבנו רק לאחר שפנינו למארח שכאשר הבין שכך הבנו מבוקינג, סיפק נייר את הציוד, אך התחושה מאוד לא נעימה שיש צורך לבקש מוצרים כאלה.
אין מגבות קטנות לפנים ואין מגבות מטבח .
מכונת הקפה נזלה ולמרות שהוגענו לא תוקנה
יש בדירה חלונות עם תריסים חשמליים שלא עבדו ולמרות שהודענו לא תוקנו, כך שהאור בבוקר חדר לחדר , למרות הוילונות שיש במקום.
לא צויין שעל מנת לקבל את הפרטים לכניסה לדירה יש לבצע צ'ק אין דיגיטאלי מראש, ובלעדיו לא ניתן לקבל מידע על הכניסה לנכס.

Location, cleanliness, spaciousness of the apartment.
We could not get the air conditioning to work at the desired temperature despite trying everything. Fortunately we were out for most of the day, and the evening was cooler so we were fine with it.

Parto col dire che l'alloggio è proprio dietro la metro, circa 1 minuto a piedi se non di meno. Richard ci ha accolto in appartamento mostrandoci tutte le stanze e i comfort e ci ha anche regalato una bottiglia di vino :) L'alloggio era davvero pulitissimo, moderno, tutto funzionante, letti comodissimi, bagno molto spazioso e confortevole. Lavatrice nuova e funzionante cosi come la lavastoviglie e il forno. C'è davvero tutto, è come stare a casa propria. In più Richard è stato davvero pronto a soddisfare ogni nostra esigenza, ci ha portato piu tovaglie, le pod per la lavastoviglie, una padella. Insomma un alloggio da 10/10!
