L'amabilité et la réactivité de l'hôte (et de sa gardienne), l'emplacement, la literie, les 3 sdb (!), l'équipement électroménager complet
La vaisselle (couverts et bols insuffisants pour 5), la raideur des escaliers (mais c'est précisé dans le descriptif). Un ventilateur par pièce serait appréciable pendant les fortes chaleur (le 3ème étage est un sauna)

The location is absolutely wonderful, being in the middle of the historical centre, in a renovated old house, close to the beautiful river, the Baker and some small grocery shops and restaurants. Also really easy to go for a beautiful walk!
The appartement is very well renovated. I never stayed in an old house in such a historical city center, it was very comfortable but I missed personally a bit the natural sunlight in the house.
