It was clean, the host was waiting for us when we arrived. The rooms are spacious and well appointed. The kitchen had all the necessary bits - plenty of cutlery, crockery, microwave, dishwasher, fridge freezer and a coffee machine with fresh beans provided - very nice! The dining room is big and plenty of space. We didn't use the BBQ place or the hot tub so can't comment on them.
The weather was not great on the day we went with the steam train - the Mocănița - but it didn't dampened our spirits and the trip was still amazing. By the way, the place is ideally suited for the train ride as it is about 5-6 minutes gentle walk to the station.
The rooms could have 1-2 more hooks strategically placed. Not a deal breaker, but we would have found it useful.
Also, I was not aware that it is a comunal kitchen. Again, not a major issue, but maybe clearer description would have helped us cater better for ourselves.
Lastly, the living/dining room has also two guest rooms off it, and as it is open-plan and resonant, it makes it difficult to have a decent conversation without disturbing other guests. Not sure if there is an easy solution to this, but I thought I would mention it, just in case...
Still, overall we had a great time - rain, thunderstorm and all!

1. Localizarea, ofera o vedere frumoasa asupra muntilor, mai ales dimineata din balcon la o cafea, daca va regasiti intr-o astfel de camera.
2. Amenajarea locatiei si a curtii.
3. Aparat de cafea cu functie de cappuccino, cafea oferita de gazda.
4. TV smart, exista Netflix.
5. Parcarea in incinta.
6. Ciubar, pentru cine este pasionat, insa sa nu veniti cu boxa dupa voi si sa puneti muzica pana tarziu precum cei mentionati la aspectele negative de mai jos.
1. Lipsa izolatiei fonice la interior, se aude inclusiv cand curge apa de la un robinet deschis din camera alaturata.
2. Lipsa reactiei in timp util a gazdei cand exista oaspeti care fac galagie la 1 noaptea si care nu au avut un comportament adaptat la "traitul in comun", am nimerit langa un grup de 5-6 melteni din Cluj, se comportau de parca toata casa era inchiriata integral de ei, inclusiv in bucataria comuna, unde gateau pe viata si pe moarte, venisera inclusiv cu un sac de cartofi dupa ei, ba mai mult, nici nu inchideau usa la bucatarie, deci era miros de carnati si alte delicatese in toata casa.
3. Lipsa articolelor de baie mentionate, tot ce exista erau prosoape, hartie igienica si un sapun lichid pe lavoar.
4. Lipsa mentenantei, bateria de pe lavoar si para de dus erau defecte, exista un grad de uzura care trebuie remediat.
5. Lipsa unor suporti in cabina de dus, orice folositi pentru spalare trebuie sa le puneti pe jos sau in afara cabinei de dus.
6. Lipsa uscator de par.
7. Treptele de mocheta lipite pe scari cad in continuu cand se circula pe ele, nu sunt securizate corespunzator, eventul chiar se poate aluneca cu tot cu aceste protectii pe scari.
8. Camere amenajate steril si dotate minimal, nu exista niciun cuier, scaun, oglinda, tablu, etc..
9. Camera de supraveghere direct in nas pe balcon, total nepotrivit.
10. Lipsa unui separator pe balconul comun cu alta camera.
