Great location, with plenty of groceries and restaurants within walking distance.
Hotel door is solidly soundproof.
Water, tea and coffee are available along the hallway.
Staff communication needs a lot of work. I was questioned about my previous hotel's tourist registration dates, which did not show up in their system, because of miscommunication, I was made to feel like I entered the country illegally.
There was no proper communication, so I waited more than 20 minutes sitting at the lobby, not knowing if the room was ready or not.
Front desk staff was not helpful.

👍 What we liked
* If you get a good room, this is actually a nice, clean and pleasant little hotel.
* The rooms we were moved to on the third day were clean and well maintained, just like in the hotel photos.
* Overall, the hotel has a pleasant and relaxed atmosphere when everything is right.
* The problem is not the entire hotel — the main issue is the very inconsistent standard of the rooms.
One room had a window facing a metal fence covered with artificial greenery, with almost no natural daylight.
* The second room was in the basement, at the end of the corridor.
* There was a strong sewage smell in both the corridor and the basement room.
* The bathroom had a mouldy shower curtain.
* Although the bed linen was fresh, the bed looked as if someone had already been sitting or lying on it.
* The room had cheap metal doors with old-fashioned key locks.
* The room was not cleaned at all for two days.
* We were woken up by the noise of dishes and plates because the breakfast area was right next to the room.
* When we asked to change the room, we were told that there were no rooms available.
* The reception area felt more like a hostel than a proper hotel.
* People smoke right outside the entrance, so cigarette smoke sometimes spreads into the corridors.
* Most importantly, the room quality is extremely inconsistent. Some rooms are perfectly fine, while others are simply unacceptable.
