The hotel has an excellent location, with restaurants, cafés, and the lively area all within walking distance. Although the hotel does not have a traditional reception, the host is available in the shop right below the property and is extremely helpful. Communication through WhatsApp was fast and efficient — in many ways even better than standard hotel service.
The rooms were clean, and the bathrooms were excellent. I booked three rooms that were part of a private suite, which added an extra level of comfort and privacy during the stay.

Excellent location in a great part of town. Close to restaurants, action and sights. Room was clean. Managers were very helpful in helping me get a few non-room problems resolved
Kudos to the photographer for the photos on Booking as the rooms seemed open and spacious. However, in reality the room was small with just enough room to walk around the bed. The bathroom was a "wet-bath" in that the toilet and shower shared the same space so taking a shower made the whole bathroom/toilet wet. Like what you might find on a small boat or small travel trailer. Definitely do not take a shower at night if you don't want to walk into a wet bathroom in the middle of the night.
As stated above, the room itself was clean but the building itself was definitely old and tired. The elevators were small, very creaky and one stopped working for a time
