The apartment was perfect, well maintained, clean and tidy and the location excellent for all the sites in Prague. I usually plan quite a bit when I go away but no need with Alex and Kate, they provided me with all the information I needed, how to get there, links to restaurants, bars and other attractions and communicated with me well, the whole time I was there. They have other apartments in Prague so I think I'll be in touch with them next time I stay, maybe in a different part of the city - we are all very pleased with our stay.

Outstanding position close to the city centre and major Prague attractions, with a convenient supermarket right nearby. Overall, it is a convenient base for exploring Prague, provided you don't mind an early wake-up call and are prepared for the off-site check-in logistics.
Key Collection: Check-in requires picking up keys from a separate location nearly 300 meters away. If you arrive late at night, especially with children and heavy luggage, navigating this setup can be quite difficult and stressful.
Street Noise: The area experiences heavy morning traffic, resulting in significant street noise starting around 6:00 AM.

Location and access was good
Poor service :
1. TV isn’t working; despite complaining multiple times no one came to review the issue. There was once email came mentioning that technician will come between 9-10am; but none came and we have wasted our time waiting for technician.
2. One of the bed in our apartment was faulty; it was not stable to even sit on it. Again no respond from host despite complaining about it.
