Квартира красивая, много антикварной мебели в сочетании с современной. Места много. Две спальни. Кровать удобная. Хозяин был всегда на связи, зарегистрировал сразу же (а это важно для туристов). Заселение бесконтактное. В квартире чисто. Все необходимое было. Фото полностью соответствуют. Месторасположение - центр.
Душ не крепился к стене, дом старый, лифт в нем старый (экзотика!)), и каждый подъем лифта был слышен в квартире. Это может быть критично для тех, кто чутко спит.

Lokacija objekta je fantasticna.Stan je ogroman , prostran I cist.Dovoljno prostora I za sest odraslih osoba.Komunikacija bila dobra, rezervisali I garazu koja je vrlo blizu stana, tako ako vam je cilj Terazije,Kalimegdan i Skadarlija lokacija je TOP.
Nemamo lose iskustvo za ovaj smjestaj.

I visit the city for 20 years and this is one of the best spots in Belgrade in the very urban city area. Apartment is fully equipped, clean, and the bed is comfortable. Staff is kind and makes your stay carefree and enjoyable. It goes at the top of the lists for next visits. Highly recommended.
Apartment is on the top 7 floor while the poor old Belgrade pre-war elevator goes to 6 floor. Still, it is easily accessible. This is not a downer at all.

Ev sahibi Bojan çok ilgili ve kolay iletişim kurulabilen, yardımsever biri. Evin konumu mükemmel! Her yere çok yakın. 7dakikalık yürüyüş mesafesinde büyük bir otopark olması çok büyük avantaj. Evden çıktığınız gibi kendinizi cumhuriyet meydanında buluyorsunuz. Salon ve odalar büyük, geniş ve ferah. Uzun panoramik bir balkonu var, bir kısmı kapalı.
Eve giriş yaptığımız gece saat 2'de alt katta oturan kişi sert bir şekilde kapıyı çalıp gürültümüzden rahatsız olduğunu söyledi. O saate onu uykusundan uyandıracak ya da uyumasını engelleyecek bir gürültü yapmamız mümkün değildi. Konuyu ve kişinin tarzını Bojan'a anlattığımda komşusu adına defalarca özür diledi. Bunun dışında salonda ısınma konusunda sorun yaşadık, 2 tane klima vardı ancak birini açamadık diğeri de o büyüklükte bir salonu ısıtabilecek bir klima değildi. Temizlik beklenen düzeyin altındaydı, klimadan sarkan örümcek ağları vardı. Ilık su ile duş alabilmek çok mümkün değildi; ya çok soğuk ya da çok sıcak akıyordu. Bina çok eski olduğu için asansör de çok eskiydi, biraz tedirgin etti.
