Not worth it

The location is pretty central, close to downtown Atlanta and right off the freeway. The house is spacious and works well for people looking for extra space. There is a 3-car garage that is available for parking.

The house was not fully cleaned when we arrived around 5:45pm. Th kitchen was a disaster with the trash not taken out, dishes still in the sink along with a dirty rag, countertops and stove all full of crumbs, grease, and food stains. Grill outside not cleaned and a beer bottle left behind. It's a good thing we came in through the garage, otherwise we would have knocked down the chair that was propped up against the front door from the inside. The house looks like it's partially in the middle of renovation, with patch jobs done here and there, broken light switch covers, major scuff marks all along the stairs and some on the walls, mirrors not hung up, towel racks not available in the bathrooms, light switch covers missing, no hand towels available in the bathrooms or kitchen. Minimal cleaning supplies along with a nasty, dirty mop that was left in the pantry. We communicated with the management company about the status of the kitchen immediately and at first, they claimed to have gone through and cleaned and inspected the home personally. When I disagreed and sent a second message detailing all the issues and willing to provide photos, they were baffled as to how it could be possible (making it seem like I was lying about it). They did offer to send housekeepers the next morning but by that time we had already gone ahead and purchased cleaning supplies, plus we didn't want somebody in the home either too early or while we were gone...so we declined because that should have been taken care of prior to us arriving. I didn't hear back from the management company again until it was time to check out and at that point they said, "hope you had a great time and enjoyed your stay!" Really? No apology, no acknowledgement of any possible issues, nothing. It's a shame because the home has real potential.

Gorgeous roomy old home which was the perfect place to wind down after busy days visiting the sites.

The house was wonderful. Good location and large enough to accommodate 2 tween boys and 4 adults easily. The master bedroom is incredible with the fireplace, balcony, large bathroom and closet.

It has many stairs, which added to its uniqueness, but could be a challenge for older guests. The lower bedroom avoids most of the stairs, but only has a half bath. The bedroom we occupied only had a small night stand, so there was no place to store folded clothes,except for the shelf in the closet. We improvised by using a suitcase as a table to charge our electronics. There is a firehouse on the corner which was very active during our visit.

The house was wonderful. Good location and large enough to accommodate 2 tween boys and 4 adults easily. The master bedroom is incredible with the fireplace, balcony, large bathroom and closet.

It has many stairs, which added to its uniqueness, but could be a challenge for older guests. The lower bedroom avoids most of the stairs, but only has a half bath.
