Excellent response time to queries. Second floor apartment with elevator; 66, 72 and 86 year-olds. So much space to spread out. Loved having two bathrooms. Beds comfy and heaters in each room.
On-demand electric hot water heater. In Mexico these take time for the water to get to the faucet/shower, then in about three minutes it goes cold and you need to shut it off, turn it back on and wait for it to get warm again. During that time, you stand in the cold (or under icy water) waiting with soap in your eyes. I had one in my house and went back to the gas heater.

The flat is super well located and it has everything needed. Well equipped kitchen, three bedrooms , two bathrooms. The living area is nice too. Reception is very helpful. I would recommend it
The mattresses are very soft and there is quite some noise during the night from the street, dogs barking, cars etc.
