Jenny was very attentive and kind. I arrived earlier than expected and she did her very best to accommodate me, am grateful. The room was clean and well stocked. There was also washing machine and drier available. Recommend

Well obviously as everybody else comments, it's all about the lady! The hotel has good coffee and is 5 minutes from the main night restaurant street (don't miss Little Bear restaurant if you're vegetarian or like excellent food) that leads to the cable car station for the Tianmen Mountain.
The hotel is nice, clean and comfy and she will provide ALL the details for fantastic days out including maps.
A REAL bargain.

Buona la posizione, Jenny alla reception molto disponibile e gentile, ci ha assistito nelle prenotazioni delle varie attrazioni.

La proprietaria Jenny è molto disponibile: ci è venuta a prendere alla stazione come servizio vallet compreso nel prezzo, ci ha preparato delle uova al mattino nonostante l’hotel non offra la colazione in quanto ci alzavamo molto presto per un’escursione…La posizione è buona, a 10min a piedi dalla funivia della monte Tianmen. La struttura offre il cambio salviette tutti i giorni.
Non è un vero hotel è un affittacamere: si ha una camera da letto con bagno in camera nella struttura dove vive la famiglia proprietaria. La hall non è vivibile come nelle foto, perché è come il loro salotto di casa.
Il punto debole però è l’insonorizzazione assente delle camere, si sentono tutti i rumori in strada e sulle scale.
