Moxy Banff

We loved everything about it. The hotel itself was exceptional. We actually found ourselves relaxing in the lobby quite often as it was a nice place to be. All the staff were amazing & fantastic at their job. At check in we were provided with all the information we needed and more. The bar staff were friendly and the food was amazing too! We liked the idea of the stash cupboard as well. This is the first hotel we’ve stayed in that has had something like this and it would really benefit a lot of people that n ended something extra.

There was anything we didn’t like.

Modernized hotel in a nice location. Staff are friendly and helpful.

The walls are thin, we could hear the neighbors who were quite loud at 3 am.

Petit bijoux !!! J’ai tout aimé de cet hôtel ! C’est magnifique, propre , belles grandes chambres toutes rénovées pour les familles ; service de buanderie, food truck avec bonne bouffe ! Magnifique cour intérieure avec Piscine chaude et spa. Tout y est!

Rien de négatif à dire ! Tout était parfait

I told them about overcharging for extra vehicle but didn't get credit back. Washroom had no showergel.
