Location is just great, few mins from main streets and restaurants. Dolmus are hust few street away to get anywhere in cesme. Breakfast was really good👍🏻 pool was so much plus and personal is just so kind and cheerful. A lot thanks to Aykhan

Sehr zentral gelegenes Boutique Hotel mit super nettem Personal. Insbesondere Herr Eren sorgte immer stets für unser Wohlbefinden. Frühstück am Tisch Klein aber fein so wie es sich auch in einem Boutique Hotel gehört. Eigener Parkplatz nebenan.
Leider hatte das Zimmer keinen Safe.

Heel fijn hotel midden in Alacati. Alles is op loopafstand.
Aardig personeel en schone kamers. Echt een aanrader dichtbij de zee en heerlijk ontbijt aan het zwembad.
Grote parkeerplaats waar je prive kan parkeren.
Heel erg bedankt voor alle service!

The positive side was definitely the staff. They were very kind, attentive, and always asked if we needed anything or had any problems. However, because the hotel itself lacks basic facilities and proper maintenance, there was only so much they could do.
The location is convenient and close to the center, and the staff genuinely tries to help when you raise an issue. However, if you decide to stay here, I would recommend keeping your expectations very low. In its current condition, I do not think the property matches the boutique hotel concept or the standard suggested by its listing.
The hotel is advertised on Booking.com as a boutique hotel and is priced accordingly, but in reality, it feels much more like a small, basic guesthouse than a boutique hotel.
Unfortunately, the property needs significant maintenance. Our bed was broken, the shower head was damaged and did not work properly, the doors did not open and close properly and sometimes would not lock, and the towels were very old and worn out. Instead of proper beach towels, we were given promotional shawls with a bank advertisement on them.
