The owners responded very quickly when we had a problem. They were very friendly and kind. The region is beautiful, the location is convenient, and the apartment is small but has everything you need.
Maybe this is normal in the French Alps, but it was a surprise for me that we had to bring our own bed linen and towels. We were only staying for one night on our trip and did not have them with us. The owners arranged bed linen for us, but it cost €55, which made our stay much more expensive than expected.
Also, the check-in time in the listing was 4:00 p.m., but later we received a message saying it was 5:00 p.m. We also had to collect the keys from a different address, which was not very clear.
