"The house is on the same side of the highway as the ocean, which made it an easy walk with our labs. The house is spotless and beautifully decorated with everything you need. The fenced in courtyard allowed us to be outside enjoying the fire table and hot tub without worrying about the dogs straying. Loved the 2 family rooms so we could watch different movies. The main entry courtyard is fully fenced so your furry family members can hang out with the family without any worries of them running off to explore. There is a BBQ grill, fire table with chairs as well has a hot tub for your enjoyment. There is also a garage off the courtyard with a dry sauna, exercise equipment and video games. The Seabrook community does not allow use of the pools/gym to those not in their program. Sorry, but you do have all the other parks and sports areas available to use. And really Seagrass Bluff has so much available right on site. Otherwise please be at home and enjoy. There are informational posters in the home to help answer any questions. Other things to note Town center is just a five minute walk across the street and up the hill. There are some great restaurants and a new market is open. There are shops for all the family members and the coffee shop is a must for pastries and great caffeine. The beach is less than a five minute walk from Seagrass Bluff and no roads to cross to get your toes sandy.
