Enjoy your stay in this private second-floor guest suite with a private entrance, located in a quiet gated community near The Woodlands, Conroe, shopping, restaurants, parks, and local attractions.
This bright, comfortable, and spacious suite occupies the entire second floor of our home and accommodates up to 5 guests. The suite features one private bedroom with a queen-size bed, a large living room with an additional queen-size bed, a private bathroom, a dedicated workspace, and a cozy electric fireplace.
Guests enjoy complete access to their own living space through a private entrance via the garage. The suite is equipped with high-speed Wi-Fi, Smart TVs, blackout curtains, air conditioning and heating with a private thermostat, and free parking for up to two vehicles on the driveway.
The kitchenette is designed for convenient everyday use and includes a refrigerator, sink with running water, microwave, coffee maker, electric kettle, dishes, utensils, and a portable two-burner electric cooktop for preparing simple meals. Whether you would like to make breakfast, cook a light dinner, or enjoy your morning coffee, you will have everything you need. Please note that this is a kitchenette rather than a full-size kitchen.
Fresh linens, towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, soap, a hair dryer, iron, and ironing board are provided for your stay. A Pack ’n Play/baby crib is available upon request.
A shared laundry room with a washer and dryer is located on the ground floor and is available for guest use.
Parking is available for up to two standard passenger vehicles on the driveway. The two parking spaces are arranged one vehicle behind the other. Due to driveway size limitations and HOA regulations, trucks with trailers, cargo trailers, RVs, campers, moving trailers, boats, and other tow-behind equipment cannot be accommodated. Street parking is not permitted within the community.
Our family lives on the first floor of the home and is available if you need assistance, while your suite remains private and separated from our living area. Guests have exclusive use of the entire second floor during their stay.
Guests appreciate our convenient location just minutes from The Woodlands, Costco, shopping centers, restaurants, hospitals, Interstate 45, and many local attractions.

This was our third stay and it was perfect! Vera is an amazing host! The property is welcoming and spotless. Parking is right in front of the entry and check in is very simple.

Very reasonably priced, comfortable place to stay with all the necessities provided for you. Extra firm bed in the main room. Private and quiet. Excellent communication with the owner.

The accomations were very clean and comfortable, well appointed and everything that might be needed was provided. It is in a nice safe neighborhood, and was close to my destination. Although I checked-out early, the little later check-out time is a plus, and appreciated. The extra bed in the living room seemed a little odd but it was exactly as pictured in the description and it also provides the option for a 2nd guest. A friendly reminder to sure to pay attention to the stairscase required for entry to the 2nd story appt. when carrying luggage up and down. Again, the staircase is clearly shown in description. Acknowledging I had a long flight and long drive, in spite of the directions provided, entry to the home proved a little challenging for me. We do not have the same coded garage door opener, and I had to call the host for help, unfortunately the mailbox was full, and I had to knock on the door, when we finally connected she appeared very unhappy to be disturbed. There was no other contact and do apologize to her for the interuption.

For what it was, the area was good. I will say, never have I booked a place away from home where the owners are still occupying the premises. It is their personal home, along with two VRBOS. We had littles ones and were told to keep the noise to a minimum as well as, were charged an extra 30 for an extra space in the driveway. We originally parked on the street and were told that the HOA does not allow that. I dont think the HOA would enjoy knowing you are renting out rooms either but I just paid the fee and went on about our day. The owner was nice about it but the whole experience was just not settling. I will make sure next time that I book a place to stay that; 1. its not someone's personal home AND, that we don't have to pay extra for parking space.
