Nestled in Ozark Mountains, this attractive cottage for $125 per night is a great option for your next break. This Old Kinderhook golf cottage #4 is a 1 bedroom, 1 bath that sleeps 2 (plus another roll-out sofa in the living room). It sits right on the 15th fairway and is next to the Old Kinderhook tennis courts and swimming pool and only a short walk to the Trophy Room Restaurant and the ice rink. When you stay at our Old Kinderhook golf cottage, you’ll enjoy some of the finest golf in Missouri (Ranked #2 in the State). Or you can play tennis, relax by the pool, go fishing off the pier, boating, swimming, hiking, and other amenities at the Resort. Or try your 'feet' at Old Kinderhook's new outdoor ice-skating rink which then doubles as sand volleyball courts in the summer! Golf Cottage #4 boasts a large master bedroom with a king bed and a roll-out sofa for a second couple or a family with children. The living room has a 40-inch flat screen, and the bedroom has a flat-screen as well; satellite TV and free Wi-Fi. Fish from the Old Kinderhook marina, catch some crappie, and grill them on your cottage gas grill! Or, skip the grilling and enjoy fine dining at the Old Kinderhook Trophy Room restaurant. Do some bird-watching or score a few birdies of your own on the magnificent, Tom Weiskopf-designed golf course. You'll have easy access to the Lake via the Old Kinderhook Marina for boating. There is a state park nearby called Ha Ha Tonka with an underground spring that expels 2,000,000 gallons of water per hour into the Lake and you could spend an entire day at the Park exploring, swimming or fishing. There are a dozen hiking trails that you can choose from, and the scenery is magnificent. No matter what your perception of a perfect vacation is, you won't be disappointed with the relaxation and serene feeling you will have when you leave this refreshing property!

Loved the proximity to the Ozark Amphitheater and the Bagnell Dam area. Nice being able to walk over to the trophy room in the evening. Host is accommodating and the property is clean and adequately stocked. Would stay again if ever back in the area.

Perfect cottage for the two of us. Loved watching golfers, sitting in the deck, and enjoying the beauty of Old Kinderhook. The pool across the way was a perfect way to beat the heat. Lots of tips from the owners of things to do. We plan to return!

Lovely stay, with nice view of the course. Friendly golfers ride by a we drank coffee, then enjoyed a nice meal at the Trophy Room. And the room was VERY comfortable!

The only things I think could be an improvement would be some kitchen supplies like aluminum foil, Saran Wrap, basic spices, and a Keurig machine.

Everything was clean and updated. Close walk to Kinderhook lodge. We were there for grandson’s hockey tournament. Only complaint was shower water pressure was weak. Suggest bringing your own toiletries. Sample shampoo and soap only good for one shower.

Our son was playing in the Pond Hockey Showdown hosted by Old Kinderhook and this location was perfect for our needs. We were traveling with two mid-sized dogs and when considering options we were able to quickly get this cabin's owners' permission to have them stay with us, which was a huge relief. The cabin was very close to the outdoor rink where the kids would play and a perfect size to host our family of 4. The cabin was in fantastic shape with a very nicely equipped kitchen and a very large bathroom with separate shower or bath options. We took advantage of the propane grill to BBQ some meals and the bedroom and living room each had a TV if we wanted to watch different things. Overall a fantastic option for the "stay-to-play" hockey tournament, as the resort considered this as staying at Old Kinderhook, but with the added advantages of allowing dogs and not having to hear kids tearing up and down the hallways late at night.

Only reason we choose this property was to be able to take our two grandchildren to the indoor pool. We got them all ready and they were extremely excited to be going to pool to find out when asking at front desk for access was denied because the lodge was over 55% capacity! Had two very disappointed little ones and very frustrated grandparents!

We loved the property! It is exactly as photographed. It was nice to be so close to the lodge restaurant and bar, too. The food and service were incredible. If you dine at Old Kinderhook, be sure to ask for Robin! The property host was very responsive to all questions. Thank you for a great stay!

This is the sixth time we have rented from this host and we have stayed in 3 of the 4 cabins they have at Old Kinderhook. They are all very nice.

Cabin was in a gated community that was impeccably landscaped and maintained. Small gym was adequately equipped and only 50 feet away. Lodge style restaurant was also very close and had equally impressive views and nice ambience. If you are looking for a peaceful secluded place to stay I would highly recommend this place.

The cottage is lovely and the grounds are beautiful. Pool was nice. We were travelling with other family members who stayed at the the Sugarloaf cabins. We all enjoyed the kayaks and paddle boards and the kids loved the swim mat. Definitely a place we plan to return.

We stayed for a quick three nights. Not a lot of time to do too much, but it was just enough to get some swimming and grilling in. The place was clean and cozy. Couldn’t have asked for a better place. We definitely want to come back as soon as we are able.
