Enjoy your stay in this private, cozy, quiet and comfortable accommodation located in the heart of the historic center of Chihuahua.
Excellent location, in a quiet and safe zone, a few steps from the most important and beautiful places in the city. Ideal for those who come to visit on vacation, to work or simply to rest.
Adequate and equipped with what is necessary to spend a short or long stay in the capital.
THE LOFT
The apartment is located on the first floor, has all the services, with parking available on the street right in front of the entrance door.
Due to its construction, it enjoys a very pleasant thermal climate throughout the year, it is cool in summer and warm in winter. It also has equipment for adequate heating or ventilation at each time of the year.
It has high speed internet, HD TV with Roku and activated Netflix account.
All the appliances in the apartment are electric, as well as the boiler, which is why it is safer than facilities that use gas.
The boiler is of the latest technology, with a large capacity and rapid heating, so there is always water available at the desired temperature at any time of the year.
ARRIVAL
Completely independent and autonomous entrance.
Once the accommodation is booked you can check in at any time you need.
SECURITY
Security video camera outside at the entrance of the apartment for the safety of our guests.

An excellent apartment, exactly as described by the owner. Super clean, and well provisioned. Plus a comfortable bed and plush towels. Wifi is strong too.
A great location, just a few minute’s walk to shops, restaurants, museums, parks, etc. Very convenient.
I would definitely stay here again in future.
