It is a modern 2000 sq foot 4/3 lower level unit that does require some some outdoor large flat stairs navigate and can accommodate 10 people. While it is a lower level unit you can hear footsteps from the unit above. It is a very open unit with plenty of windows in the bedrooms and higher windows in the living area. It is a fun unit that is more contemporary and has just a touch of the barn look to it. The TV in the den gives the kids a place to escape and adds some privacy. The den also houses a sleeper couch for extra space if needed. Being a lower unit, La Pasta stays cool all summer long without the use of A/C. In the winter, the bus stops at the property and in the summer there are hiking trails right off of the property. When you are done with all of your activities, take a soak in your private hot tub.
