The Teichstein vacation rental is located on the upper floor of the house and is accessible via the staircase.
It features two bedrooms (one with a double bed (180 cm x 200 cm) and a closet, and one with a bunk bed and a closet). The living area features a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, a large dining table, a comfortable sitting area with a sleeper sofa, and a flat-screen TV. The bathroom, which receives natural light, has a shower and a toilet. The east-facing balcony is accessible from the living area. Free Wi-Fi is available.
We welcome you to our vacation home, which features five high-quality and lovingly furnished vacation apartments. Each apartment has two bedrooms, and some include a loft. Spacious outdoor grounds, parking spaces, and a playground right next to the house round out the amenities.
The house is located in a quiet, out-of-the-way area yet still close to the town center. As a guest in our house, you’ll enjoy a stunning view of the so-called Großer Zschand, the Winterberg, and the impressive rocky landscape.
Wood, clay, and select building materials create a pleasant, cozy atmosphere. The house also features a solar thermal and photovoltaic system as well as an electric vehicle charging station. The on-site sauna is also available for your use.
A DEPOSIT equal to 30% of the rental price is due upon booking. You will receive a separate request for this directly from the landlord.
Check-in is available from 4:00 PM to 9:00 PM, and check-out is from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM.
