We stayed at St Ia for two weeks in May and absolutely loved the place. The weather wasn’t great so we didn’t get to enjoy the balconies, but the house is very comfortable, quiet and well equipped (particularly the kitchen) and we loved the big TV and corner sofa. A couple of previous reviews said that the beds were not very comfortable, but this was definitely not the case and we all slept very well. There is loads of storage in the bedrooms, plenty of good quality hangers, and the showers are fantastic. The walk across the grounds and into St Ives is fabulous.

beatiful property, spotlessly clean, in a great location walking distance to the lovely St Ives. We really enjoyed our stay, had a great meal at the Talay Thai, great places to get craft beers, and enjoyed the escape room

Overall the property and our stay was very good. Attention to detail with cleaning and the provision of a couple of spare towels would have made it excellent, although there was a washing machine it wasn’t big enough to wash all towels together so a couple of spare towels would have helped. The property was equipped with an electric vehicle charger which was unavailable for use, one of our cars was electric and we would have been happy to pay for the convenience of charging at the property. I did make enquiries and left a phone message requesting a callback but unfortunately no one returned my call, perhaps this could be looked at in the future. The location and Tregenna estate was excellent, we would certainly consider staying again.
