Propane gas tank provided for fire pit will only last 2-4 hours. One must replenish the gas tank themselves after the one provided is used up. Dining table can seat up to 8 people as it can extend open. There are 6 chairs already available, the remaining chairs must be grabbed from game room (bar stools) or kitchen (kitchen stools). Bedding as seen in photos is subject to change! - This is a privately owned home, therefore, the owner is not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses that occur while on the property. Owner is also not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables. All guests are liable for any and ALL damage, including legal fees.
