Nestled in Avon, this lovely house for $500 per night is a fantastic choice for your next break. This newly remodeled vacation home is a cozy and spacious base camp perfectly suited for group and family time in the mountains, with quick access to skiing, sledding, hiking, biking, and other outdoor adventure! Drive to Vail Village in 11 minutes, and Beaver Creek Village is only 8 minutes away (or 4 minute drive to Elk Lot for shuttle bus to Beaver Creek). The home features an open main floor plan for group gatherings, large dining table for 10-12, beautiful master bedroom suite with a patio facing the national forest mountainside, and large bunk room for all your guests. Renovations to the home were completed in 2023 and we’ve fully furnished it with brand new high-end furniture, new appliances, and a fully stocked kitchen. Enjoy the world class skiing at Vail and Beaver Creek in the winter, and in the summer there is direct riding access to some of the best mountain biking trails in the Vail Valley (e.g. EagleVail trail, Everkrisp, Beaver Creek trail system, West Avon Preserve trail system, etc.). EagleVail’s “West Park” is directly adjacent to this home with one of the valley’s best sledding hills in the winter. In the summer, enjoy West Park’s grass fields, playground, basketball court, and sand volleyball courts (and yes, we love playing all sports and are happy to share our sleds, balls, and paddles with you that are stocked in the garage!). Other nearby places that can be easily accessed by car or bike include: town of Avon restaurants, Westin Riverfront, EagleVail pool, 18 hole golf course, par 3 golf course, tennis courts, pickleball courts, and Nottingham Lake. For indoor fun, visit the nearby Avon Recreation Center where families of all ages can enjoy the large indoor heated swimming pool, hot tubs, lazy river, kids splash area, water slide, climbing wall over pool, yoga, and fitness center. The master suite is located on the main floor with high ceilings and large windows facing the mountainside that bring in beautiful natural light. Enjoy the comfort of a spacious ensuite master bathroom with radiant in-floor heating and a large double vanity and walk-in shower. The upper level of the home has a 2nd master with a king bed, workspace with a stand-up desk, and walk-in closet. The 3rd bedroom has a king bed and beautiful windows facing an Aspen grove canopy. Both upstairs bedrooms share a newly renovated bathroom. The 4th bedroom is a large bunk room and is a family favorite with beds for 6, play area with toys, books, bean bag chairs for lounging, a "Nugget" play couch, and a 75” TV to keep kids entertained in their own fun space. Bedroom layout: Master - King bed (2nd floor) 2nd Bedroom - King bed (3rd floor) 3rd Bedroom - King bed (3rd floor) 4th Bedroom - Bunk room with two bunks: 2 twin XL’s, 2 queens, and 2 twin trundles (1st floor) Parking: Garage space for 1 vehicle plus 3 driveway parking spaces (please do not block neighboring duplex’s driveway/garage access). Winter conditions may require AWD/4WD for driveway access. Pets: We love furry friends, however, we are unfortunately unable to allow pets in our home due to a family member with allergies. Thank you for your understanding. Noise and Parties: This is a family friendly neighborhood with many full time residents. Guests will need to strictly follow the HOA’s policy of no noise after 10pm. Parties are not allowed in order to respect our duplex neighbors and surrounding homes.

We couldn’t have asked for a better home to stay in. The place is immaculate, has everything you need to cook and relax, and is in such a convenient location to do anything you’d like. Super seamless check-in and check-out process. We will definitely look at stay again!

So happy we decided to spend a few days in this beautiful mountain home. It will be perfect for a future family vacation. It is spacious and comfortable, and tastefully decorated with large windows to enjoy the wooded location. There are king beds in the 3 bedrooms and lots of beds in the bunk room with plenty of space for the kids to watch TV or play with the creative toys they provided. The towels and sheets are luxurious, and the laundry room right next to the mud room is so convenient. The kitchen has everything we needed and more. Looking forward to using the electric griddle for our family breakfasts and having the groceries delivered by the nearby Walmart. We will be back!

Absolutely loved this VRBO. Check-in was seamless. Wifi was great (my husband was able to run several remote work calls without distribution). Pretty awesome location between Beavercreek and Vail resorts. There is an epic-looking sledding hill across the road. We were able to access a mountain bike trail from the neighborhood without crossing any major roads. There is a Walmart 4 minutes away and they delivered groceries directly to the house. The house is gorgeous. The bed we slept in was comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked, and even had a coffee grinder. We will definitely be making this a regular in our mountain VRBO rotation. Already booked a ski weekend at this house in a couple of months.

We had an incredible stay at this beautiful home! The kitchen was well stocked, the beds were so comfortable, and the house was in a perfect location. Our kids enjoyed the park across the street, I enjoyed a run along the river, and my husband had an awesome mountain bike ride leaving from the house! There was plenty of room for the adults to enjoy some quiet while the kids played down in the bunkroom. And to top it off the communication with the owner was smooth and seamless. We will definitely be coming back!
