The neighborhood is safe and quiet; the neighbors are friendly. Walking distance to main street, restaurants and train station.
There are two nights minimum for rental request.
One bedroom has one full mattress and the other has one bunk bed with a full on the bottom and a twin on the top.

The home was clean with everything that you would need for a short stay. Loved that they had beach chairs in an umbrella and the location to the beach was terrific.The only reason I went with four stars rather than five was because it really wasn’t comfortable for relaxing at the end of a long day of fun. The one couch was very difficult to to relax with and and when we arrived, the windows were unlocked.

Very pleased with the location and the cleanliness of the property. We were in Belmar for the AVP tournament and the place was exactly what we were looking for. Host was easy to communicate with.

House was very clean and host was very accommodating and helpful. We enjoed family time, plenty to do in Belmar.
