Closer to home, spend your days kayaking, fishing, swimming, hiking, biking, or just exploring the natural landscape. If you're visiting in the autumn, unparalleled opportunities for leaf-peeping begin right in your own back yard! Inside this beautiful home, you'll find a soaring cathedral ceiling of golden knotty wood, sumptuous comforts in all living spaces and bedrooms, and top-of-the-line amenities throughout. Stock up the fridge and prepare all your favorite recipes in the well-equipped, gourmet kitchen complete with a suite of high-end appliances. A gas grill on the deck offers an additional option for spicing up your home-cooked menu. Dine indoors at the large table or gather for alfresco meals out back within view of the lake. The main living area is furnished with a large, plush sofa and includes a dramatic stone fireplace and a TV for streaming all your favorite channels. Head up the stairs to the furnished loft where you'll find a second sofa and a table and chairs for family game nights. On the lower-level, an additional living area sits ready with another fireplace, comfortable seating, a shuffleboard table, and a wet bar. After exciting days out, return home and enjoy a well-deserved, soothing soak in your private hot tub or warm up in the indoor sauna. For sleeping options, choose from five comfortable and beautifully-decorated bedrooms with plush beds and soft linens guaranteeing a restful atmosphere for all! Additional amenities and features include a firepit out in the fenced yard, a private washer/dryer, and cooling central air-conditioning for those visiting in the summer months. Things to Know Check-in time: 4:00 PM. Check-out time: 10:00 AM. All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the nightly pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting "Yes" to pets. No more dogs are allowed. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 7 vehicles. Dock details: This home has a private boat dock that guests can tie their boats up to at the cleats. Please be sure to bring your own ropes and boat lift and owners private boat is not for guest use. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit. More information can be downloaded from the "Rental Agreement" on the checkout page. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
