Location, cosiness, the apartment is very well insulated against wind and cold, it feels so nice and warm, quiet and cosy inside, plus it is really beautiful and charming.
The smoke extractor hob is not powerful enough to extract the smoke when you are cooking, so in my case just by cooking a steak the smoke alarm went off quite late in the evening which was quite disturbing. It is fine for cooking some pasta or boil cook, but if you use the pan you are risking having the smoke alarm go off.
There is very little space for the clothes and even to keep the bags, it is kind of ok for one person, but if two people with multiple bags the bags and clothes will be all-over.
