The location, near so many buses/trains; the simple check-in/out procedure; the staff available on Whatsapp; the appartement, more modern and comfortable than I had thought. Overall extremely practical
The kitchen is missing a microwave; noisy neighbours could ruin your stay if you are unlucky (the inner court and staircase propagate sound like crazy)

Nice location
Everything was booked and managed online with no reception or staff on-site. The property asked me to send digital copies of personal documents through an unknown platform, which felt uncomfortable. We were also traveling as a bigger group with kids, and despite arriving at the agreed time, the host kept us waiting outside the building for almost two hours before the rooms were ready. Be careful coz they also add a lot of extra costs.
