Goede locatie, dicht bij het strand en supermarkt.
Goed werkende airco wat heel prettig was.
Ook stabiel en snel internet.
Mooi ruim balkon met uitzicht op de haven.
Er is altijd wat te zien.
De uitleg om de auto te parkeren kan duidelijker.
Er zijn namelijk twee ingangen (en we hadden de verkeerde gekozen). Het filmpje waar de auto moet komen te staan kan duidelijker.

Appartement très bien situé en front de mer à Menton. Facile d'accès, avec un parking souterrain. Facilité pour récupérer les clés. Proximité de la gare pour se rendre à Monaco, Nice...Petit supermarché à proximité.
Le boulevard situé en front de mer est bruyant, on s'en doutait un peu. Mais on peut regretter que les baies vitrées n'aient pas été modernisées depuis sans doute la construction de l'immeuble. Un double ou triple vitrage serait le bienvenu avec des normes plus contemporaines. Le lave-vaisselle ne fonctionnait pas, nous l'avons signalé mais l'agence n'a pas donné suite à notre message. Les couverts dans la cuisine sont pour la plupart vieillots, dépareillés, cassés.

Location was excellent, with the marina, shops, restaurants, train station and town centre - and Italy - all within easy walking distance. The apartment was very spacious and comfortable, with open views across the marina from the main room, the kitchen and the bedroom. We particularly enjoyed the balcony, with a dining area at one end and a comfortable seating area at the other. We hired a car at Nice airport and enjoyed drives in both directions along the coast as far as Antibes and Alassio, and up into the mountain villages.
The directions to get into the apartment could have been a little clearer.

The key we collected said 62 on the keyring which we assumed was the apartment number, we tried unsuccessfully to enter this apartment. Only to find out the apartment was number 23.
We do not live attached to phones and all instructions were sent via downloads which went to junkmail, perhaps written instructions would have saved a lot of stress and confusion.
The traffic noise day and night was so unbearable we considered moving after a couple of days.
There was only 2 bath and 2 hand towels, not sufficient for 2 adults for 5days. Just 1 bin bag, 1washing capsule, over all a lack of a basic essentials.
A extortionate damage waiver.
