The location is excellent. There is a free parking space just a few meters from the property. A good space for a family of four. Good price for Sirmione.
You have to sign a contract during the online fast check-in with a third-party company that manages the property. There are so many abusive clauses that it seems to me that previous guests were vandals. The information about the key collection was sent exactly at the check-in time (3:00 pm). This particular property is completely dated. There are a lot of old things in the kitchen. The stove works with a cigarette lighter. If the landlord spent 400 euros (just the equivalent of a two-day rate) a year replacing the old things, the property would be on another level.

Просторный номер с собственной терассой, спальней и кухней с большим количеством посуды. Ближайший супермаркет Мигрос был превосходный, много свежей рыбы, креветок и тд., а также уже пригововленое и очень вкусно и доступно.
Расположение немного удалённое если нет машины, до автобуса, магазина 12 минут, до пляжа 20 минут. Дверь в туалет практически не закрывалась, кондиционер очень старый и работал на обогрев, мы не смогли настроить на охлаждение. На кухне не хватало немного сахара, олии и чая. Нам пришлось купить и оставить.

L'appartamento era sufficientemente confortevole e il posto piacevole. La piscina pulita e il verde ben tenuto.
La pulizia delle pentole era indecente, antine e cassetti dei mobili che non si chiudevano bene.
