My stay was extremely disappointing and uncomfortable due to constant construction noise, lack of water, and unacceptabl

I didn’t like anything about this property.

The building is currently under renovation and, in my opinion, it is unsafe for guests. Heavy construction work is taking place with hydraulic demolition machines, making it absolutely impossible to stay inside the apartment during the day due to extreme noise and vibrations. It was not simply minor disturbance — it was constant, aggressive construction noise. During the night, when there was no construction work, the heating system made extremely loud and disturbing noises. The only way to sleep was to switch it off completely and stay in the cold. This is not acceptable, especially during colder months. Additionally, the water supply was constantly interrupted. In the morning there was no water — you cannot take a shower before starting your day. In the afternoon, after returning, again there was no water. This happened repeatedly. Basic necessities like water and heating should never be an issue. There were other problems as well, but honestly, what I experienced is already more than enough. I had booked 15 nights but was forced to leave earlier because the apartment was simply uninhabitable. According to the rental company, MY GARDA HOLIDAY, this situation was considered “normal,” which I find completely unacceptable. I cannot recommend this property. Guests should be properly informed about major construction work and essential service interruptions before booking.
