The pool was great for the kids, even the ones young at heart.
The two pullout beds- one was broken and the other locked where we couldn’t use it. Otherwise every was fine. The garage door, we had to hold the button down to close, which we figured out. Little nuances like that, I feel should be labeled or mentioned in the book.

We have been coming to Port A for over25 years and have stayed at various locations. Cleanliness:
The house was very clean and nicely furnished with all the necessary cooking essentials.
The pool was an added bonus and well maintained.
Accommodations:
There were not nearly enough bath towels.
Of the four bedrooms on the main level, one is a windowless room with a queen sized bed and large TV. It could use a mirror and some means to hang items.
Listing:
Please revisit your determination of accommodating 14 persons. Four bedrooms and a sofa sleeper on the main floor accommodates 10 persons. The upstairs apartment bedroom sleeps 2 persons. The addition of a sleeper sofa in the upstairs apartment should have been considered. Initially a broken frame and discarded mattress was discovered in the sofa and removed. Had there been a working sleeper sofa, it would have accommodated 14. We had to purchase a blow up bed to make do.
Although out of your control, there was very loud music late at night (3am) coming from a neighbor down the street.
