The apartment needs a little care overall, while nothing broken/not working the age of the building shows.

La localisation proche de la gare est vraiment pratique. Les informations pour accéder à l'appartement sont claires. La déco est jolie.
L'appartement a été redécoré récemment mais on voit parfois que les travaux sont légers. L'appartement est globalement propre mais cela pourrait être mieux encore. Manque de prises dans la chambre et la salle de bain.

la porte d'entrée de l'immeuble pas engageante (grille cassée, porte vétuste), porte de l'appartement difficile a ouvrir et a fermer, appartement fonctionnel mais froid et pour terminer sanitaires insalubres. Détection incendie inexistante
