- Staff was very accommodating and quick
- There is food you can order from their restaurant
- Location was convenient
- Internet was fast
- Shower's temperature can be adjusted
- My late check in and early check out were accommodated because staff was always available
- There were cigarette butts in the stairs. It also smells of cigarette in the lobby area
- The sofa in the lobby and each floor in the hallway was too dirty
- There was no elevator and no phone line in my room. My room is in the 4th floor so when I had to order food, or bring my luggage to check out I had to struggle with bringing it down because there was no phone to inform the staff
- The surrounding is quite noisy. There were many cars passing by and it's in front of a public school so expect to be waken up at 6am because of the noise from the school

Its close to tourists spots.
The host didn’t explain how to get the keys when we got there. Lobby guards were very unfriendly. Towels provided smells as well as the sheets and blankets in the master bedroom.

The location is great, located at the center of baguio city , so you can just walk around at night , near to session road, burnham park, sm and public market, near to groceries and restaurants too
Honestly it’s out second time to this place and the place is still the same, unclean… the stove is not clean some kitchen wares are stained, hot water is not working, towels provided are not enough eventhough we have indicated how many persons are going to check in. It has lot of potential esp if they keep the place more clean
