They should get their system together and do things the right way.

Nothing!!!

Property messaged after confirmation telling me to submit a cancellation due to being fully booked. Booking said they had plenty of space. Free cancellation is a process that has to be approved as well or else you’re made to pay.

Would be better if more attention to cleanliness and room facilities.

Gym. Pool area/view. Host easily contactable. Easy initial access to property. Wifi excellent.

Bedding and lounge had suspect stains and worn/dirty. Initial sheets stained. Pillows had used smell. Kitchen utensils used and not washed. Jug not always working. No toaster. Floor Vynal old and worn. Noisy renovation in opposite room. Some light bulbs not working.

Ripp off scam don’t stay here…

Rude reception had to pick up the key 4 blocks away said the person who rented it had run off back to china20 minutes to get key. The room was not clean it was infested with cockeroachs.kettle had bare wires exposed.when I left and complained about my stay they told me off for complaining .i will never trust Chinese rentals again
